Please can I get a contact number of a person at DSTV because whenever call u go thru the long program telephone service an then the tell you you r caller number 98 an even after holdong for over 20 minutes froma cell fone you still keep holding. This has been hapening for a long while now an its pathetic that they advertise numbers an services but nothing ever works!!! Who is resposiboile for the Customer service line. An im tired of hearing oh we have high call volume coz then u need to employ more serivice agents an lines. I m so sick of it that if I don't get a response or an improvement I'm going to take this to the news papers as we pay eveymonth an still have to waste money on called an waitiing! PLease try to dial 021 508 2222 an see how long it takes to get to a service agent. Even the self service is a load of bull coz I tried it an then it keeps just oing back to same screen.! I want a Name an contact details of a person that can improve the cxall cventre nimber. I mean a quick change of package takes forveer an calling for lost signal I pend a fortune on calls an kaap being on hold an Caller 50 or 40 . Peter please van u helkp
