NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

I've been trying to get hold of someone in the call centre since yesterday and all I get when calling is 'sorry, the number you have dialled no longer exsists, or please hold for the next available consultant - you are caller NUMBER ONE and the next available consultant will take your call. I have not spoken to a consultant even after holding for over 20 minutes. Instead I am advised that the person at extention 4600 is no longer available and a fatal error has occured.

How convenient is it that no one is available to take your call when you need to query your account?
This is the most pathetic service I have ever come across, and sadly they provide no information regarding their complaints process.

You are not complying to TCF as you are failing to assist me with Post sales services.

Very disgusted and dissapointed.
