I used the online option to try and switch from the "premium" service to Easyview. The disconnection was fine, but when I tried to reconnect to Easyview, the website connected me back to "full" service without the option of the Easyview service, which is clearly visible.

When I called their 083 number from my cellphone, I was subjected to 15 minutes of their monotonous adverts. Me, a paying customer, has to pay cellphone rates to listen to their adverts because "their consultants are busy". If they thought we were stupid for using DSTV, now they must be certain, as i was stupid enough to hang onto the cellphone for so long!

They even have different ways in which you can contact them, one of them being the filling in of an online form. One week later, still no response.

Please don't call me and "apologise". Fix the problem and refund my cellphone call cost.
