How long to answer a call?

I have been trying to call the call centre from 12h00 today. Everytime I hold on for more than 10 minutes and am always caller 109 . Does MultiChoice actually care about customer needs? I just need to cancel a service. Please do SOMETHING! How much more of my phone bill must I waste on hold?
