Disgusting Waiting Time

I have been on hold with DSTV for over 20 mins. I was told I was caller number 70. Then I hung up and called again and am now caller number 71.

This is disgusting! The worst call center I have ever had to deal with. Trying to reconnect my DSTV because DSTV did not acknowledge my payment, which was made on time. Now they are trying to get me to pay a reconnection fee. After this shocking treatment, I am actually considering not reconnecting at all. You are about to lose another client!!! P.S. I am still on hold with the second call...
