Subs are paid annually in October. 30 January my service is suspended, citing non-payment. Sent proof of payment in October, then they say the reference no. is incorrect - this ref number has been used for all the years since started DSTV, given by them. they will allocate payment correctly. 2 weeks later, receive statement, account is in arrears. phone, they will fix it. 10 days later the decoder goes on the blink, contact call centre, must take it to be repaired, borrow one from a friend, connect and NO!! must be paired, phone call centre again, want the friend's account number, etc, my card, my account, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING LACK OF SERVICE!! dont listen to clients, arrogant, condescending bad attitude and complete lack of knowledge or understanding. PATHETIC - any interaction with the call centre leaves one feeling absolutely frustrated. Promised to return our call within an hour - almost 2 HOURS later and still no call!!! DISGUSTING
