I had an issue with a payment which was made in 2011 with the incorrect reference no. (this was due to the information which was given to me by the installer). I called into the call centre numerous times and provide them with the necessary documentation like the proof of payment to allocate to my account until today i have not recieved any feedback regardless of the number of times i called in to follow up on my request. All i recieve from the call centre is empty promises and not even a courtesy call!... The service from multichoice is perthetic... My rage is due to the fact that after 20 calls in 2 years and they could not refund me ..!!!??
