I called Multichoice yesterday at about 13:00 pm, I was informed on the amount that was due and was informed that if I paid this amount and faxed through proof my DSTV would be connected immediately. Last night at 19:00 I once again called Multichoice only to be informed that they would not re-connect me until the money was reflecting in their Absa account, even after being informed to fax through proof. I was then asked if I would mind being put on hold so that Lerato could speak to her Supervisor, 10 minutes later I was still holding. Their service was appalling. So 25 minutes later and I was still not re-connected. I paid over R1000 trusting everything would be in order as promised. Bad attitude and false information!!!
