DSTV Accounts Department is incompetent

I made a payment of R625 for my dstv account on the 27th of July. The reference number that i used had an extra digit on it and DSTV could not allocate it to my account. On Monday the 5th of August i received a statement that showed that i was still owing, and i wasn't sure why. When i discovered the error of the reference number i called DSTV call centre and i was assisted by a call centre agent who said he would forward my proof of payment to accounts, which i also sent to enquiries. Clearly no one bothered to follow up and now my dstv has been connected. i tried calling the call centre now, but all i got was the answering machine telling me that i must make a payment and the call was cut off. Frankly i am very disappointed with the service that DSTV has offered me.
Please reconned my services now. And i will not be paying the R50 connection fee.
