Claiming Account in Arrears - PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I opened a Markhams account and made purchases in May/June.

My first payment was due at the end of June - I made payment via eft using the Markhams account number and using my card number as the reference.

The subsequent 2 payments for July and August were made using the same banking details with the same reference number!

On the 27th of August, i get a call stating that I am in arrears for the month of July! I queried if payment as received for June and the response was yes! NOTE: I used the same account details for July and August as that of JUNE!!!

I was then requested to forward proof of payment for July and August and this was done duly.

I did not receive any feedback after the proof of payment was sent through.

2 days later, i receive an sms stating that i did not make my August payment as i said i had and that i am to make payment no late than that very day!

Having gone back and called the call centre again, i explained that i had sent through proof of payment already and was again told that i would be contacted once the matter has been resolved. NOTHING!!! I have not received any feedback!!!
