What a bad experience

We had our RE/MAX Annual convention at Sun City from 13-15 February 2013. We checked in @ 14:00.
We found that the aircon is not properly working in the room and the fridge is not stocked or is not working.
I phoned reception, they only send out someone the next day after we phoned again... After the guy fixed the aircon, it was still not working!! (Room 436). The guy for the fridge never came! The morning of the 14th we asked for housekeeping, to make the beds etc. @ 14:30 someone came to clean and make the beds.. I asked the lady, is this normal for you to come and clean this time in the afternoon, she said NO!!... I took pictures of all...

I'm really disappointed in our stay. We paid R 8778 for the package. We go there every year and this one was not a good experience.

I don't think I wll visit Sun City again - to pay alot of money for luxury and get this, No thank you!
