BAD ATTITUDE & HYGIENE, ETC

Visited Tranquil 19 Dec 2012. Bad experience relating to overall neatness from unmowed lawn (very long) to room & room in general. Room fan not seperated from light which means you need to try and sleep with light on to have fan working in heat. No aircon fitted in room. Windows can hardly open and fresh or cool air cannot enter the room. Fridge/Freezer not cleaned. Freezer so iced up that water keep running from fridge. Linen was still the previous person's who was sleeping there. I could smell it on the pillow. When owner was confronted, she was very rude and shouted at me and denied all. She told me she don't know where I am coming from or who I am and she will rather give me my money back and get rid of me, but only paid 50% back. For the price of R400 per night that you pay, you get much less than other B&B's in that area.
