Aboolutely Useless

In July I bough a fridge from Electric Express and in less than two months the fridge stopped working. The fridge made a sound as if it was working, but it wasn't cooling. I repoted it and they eventually send out a technician after 3 days.By then I was sitting with a fridge full of meat and stuff that has gone bad. I wasn't re-reimbursed for all the food that has gone bad, they just re-gassed the fridge and that was it. 2 weeks ago, the very same thing happened again just after I bought my meat for the month and stocked the fridge. 2nd time around, all the food in the fridge has gone bad. I phoned to inform them as to what has happened and they asked me to visit the store with my documents, I did so the Saturday 23rd Nov. I asked who was going to re-reimburse me cause I have already spend a fortune on buying my monthly grocery, the gentleman just said I don't know, just your loss. To date no one came to look as to why the fridge is not working. This was a brand new fridge causing me so much grieve and to suffer financially. I had to get rid of meat and other food stuff that has gone bad twice, I am not very happy as I am struggling as a single parent.
