Really Dissappointed

We checked in yesterday the 2 February, it was only for 1 night, as we visit the wild coast on a regular basis, at least once or twice a week for a few hours, if not stay. im so disappointed as we asked to be booked in sea facing side. all i got to see was trees in front of us. no sea view, if i wanted trees i would have asked for garden facing, the blow dryer in the room was not working. We were out and about when they had made up our beds in the evening, and after having dinner and a few games, returned to our room to find that door had not been closed properly, thankfully all our belonging were still there, ( if my ipad etc was taken from the room, who would i have held responsible) and if you could also kindly ask house keeping to clean the drawers as there was tiny cockroaches which we took out.

This stay over has been the worst of all, very very disappointing.
