As both my daughters and myself have our birthdays in February we recieved our e mails from Nu Metro regarding our free tickets. Off we went to Bedford Centre, apprehensive as buying tickets there is quite an effort, getting free tickets almost impossible. After 20 minutes of explaining that both my daughters have birthdays this month they were issued with their tickets, i then tried to get mine but it was implied that one household having 3 birthdays in one month is impossible, making me out to be a or criminal! I gave up trying to explain and my wife ended up taking my daughters while i sit in the carpark and wait for them! The manager is incompetent and i wonder where the previous manager Schalk went as he was sorting things out. This happened last year as well and if your staff cant be bothered then just stop issuing free tickets. I now have to go to another Nu Metro cinema, far away as this one, 3 kms from my home, has incompetent staff. The manager shouldnt bother calling me. FB group to follow
