Stuffy enclosed room

My stay at Umhlanga Sands resort was truly unpleasant! I must complain about the set-up in the rooms. I ended up sharing the small "kitchenette" room with my brother - both of us are adults already and this was a most horrific experience. I could not breath as we could not get air into that side of the room and being on top of the food like that was awful. No windows, no aircon and right on top of the plumbing - in room 510. Every time someone took a bath on our floor I heard a terrible water sound gushing in the walls... couldn't sleep more than 5 hours a night - my worst hotel experience when it comes to rooms. Maybe aircon would make a world of difference?
