Multichoice has not allocated a R650.00 payment made in October 2012. Our account, despite paying every month, has been suspended in Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb. Each month I spend between 25 and 35 minutes on the phone to get our services reconnected (Multichoice does not have free call or even share call). Every month I am assured that the problem will be rectified and every month our services are suspended. We are never refunded for the viewing time that we miss, the accounts department never rectifies the problem and we are left having to call and beg to have our services reconnected. I am sure top management at DSTV do not go into a shop, purchase items and are then told to leave the shop without their purchases, but this is exactly what they expect of us every month - pay your account but don't expect us to fix our mess and just deal with not being able to watch that which you have paid for, deal with the expensive phone calls and the stuff-you attitude of the call centre agents, but please keep paying because "We strive to delight our customers". I sincerely hope that TopTV becomes genuine competition for these people who don't know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
