WORSED service ever!!!

Since January 2012 we have had problems with DSTV, even thou we pay every month with eft, they cut our dstv off and we have to phone 20 times and resend all payments - EVERY MONTH!!! This is absolutely the worsed service every, after a lot of phone calls (that we have to pay) we discovered that they gave us the wrong account nr, then we told them to re-instate the debit order, just to have messages on our decoder that we owe one month R 3350 and the next month there is message that we owe R 1500 something, and now its R 2200 something, what is going on??? Is the accounts department so pathetic that they dont even know whats going on??? how on earth can we owe thousands every month, yet after 20 calls each time, they reconnect our dstv and apologias like crazy, next month same again. My husband spend last week almost 3 hours on the phone (that we have to pay) with customer services yet to discover that our dstv has been suspended yet again today!!! This is really the most ridiculous services ever delivered by a company...
