HOW SHOULD I PAY BUT MY SERVICES ARE DISSCONNECTED

I paid on Monday, wednesday my services were cut off, I called multichoice and spend 30 minutes of my airtime on the phone trying to resolve problems, and my services were reconnected, again on thursday my services were disconnected, ok I spend my petrol to go to the N1 City branch to find out what was the problem, I was informed to pay R34 to reconnect my services, I paid and I was reconnected, on Friday again I am disconnected, who else can I trust that he can indeed help me, are multichoice starting to udermine their customers by letting untrained staff serving loyal customers, and costing them fortune to have dstv or they just spite me not to enjoy the dstv that I have been with since 2008. who else is to help.
