My account was suspended on the 07/12/2013 and when i called multichoice i was told that i never paid the month of October and i paid it via internet transfer since most retailers paypoints where off line but last month and this month it was suspended for the same reason. i sent the proof of payment to Patience Xaba last month, she reconnected it and saw the pop but this month they told me they never received it and even told me to drive to head office to provide them with the proof. the whole weekend didn't have dstv since i didn't have access to my emails to proof the payment, i only got my emails on the 09/12/2013 sent it to them and they reconnected it again. now my cellphone bill shows R227 amount for multichoice call, the service is so unproffesional and the waiting is worse. could you please provide better service to your customers since you know that you don't have competitiors.
