I experienced not so good service from multichoice, I've been a good customer to them for the past year or two, aperently DSTV went up and I was not told or notified, I normaly pay R260 for compact and. I make sure I pay that amount every month. I surprisingly received an sms telling me that this month I need to pay R320 and failure to do that my services will be suspended, I then called customer care I spoke to lerato to at least do some sort of arrangement and she told me multichoice doesn't do that and if I don't pay my services might be suspended, I expressed how I feel about the service on that call, I hope they will listen to it. Multichoice should beggin taking responsibility for their actions, I desrved to be told that they increasing their prices as that affects my budget and I don't understand y I was not told that I short paid my account last month. If multichoice had a competitor I would be moving asap.
