Multichoice Problem solved in the DRC

On 11/02/13 I reported a problem with regards to my DSTV subscription in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Multichoice responded within 30 mins and directed me to Oliver in Lubumbashi. Oliver was very helpful and responded in a professional way. My problems was solved in a quick manner within a few hours - a record for the DRC! Many thanks Oliver!
