On the 3rd of January 2014 we contracted and paid for our DSTV subscription and was told that the next payment must be made before the 3rd of Feb 2014. On the 8th of January our service was suspended. We want to the Multichoice head office and we were informed that they made a mistake and our service will be reconnected. It was speedily reconnected only to be suspended again this morning. I am now going to start invoicing Multichoice for my time as this problem is obviously being 'bungled'.
