Line suspended after payment

I received a call last week from one of your consultants for the payment on my account of R495.00. I enquiured why so much and she advised that I was charged for the reconnection fees. I explained to her that I can't be charged for that, because I had a query running with Autopage and I can't be charged for that as it was not my fault. She referred the account for reversals (I received SMS's confirming same). We then made an arrangement that I would pay month end, however I paid R378.00 on the 28/05/2013, but guess what MY LINE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED 29/05/2013!!!

Now I'm convinced that Autopage staff can not read, listen or write plain English. PLEASE ENSURE THAT MY LINE IN RE-CONNECTED IN THE NEXT 30 mins, or I will get a third party involved.
