My dstv was disconnected on 1 february. I joined dstv 29 november. I paid 30 November. 2 January and 26 January. On 1 February my account stated: pay R524 immediately and 625 on 28 February. I called on 1 february and hold ed for 13 minutes after I was disconnected. Left another message on facebook and was told I would be called soon on Saturday I still did not receive any calls. I called again and also was disconnected after 18minutes. Left another message on facebook and still not receive any calls. I emailed on Sunday 2 February. Did not get any feedback. Sended another message on Facebook and was told I was responded ia email. The email stated I have to pay only 524 on 28 February. This was correct but my account still reflects by 524 immediately and 625 February. I try to cAll the accounts department and the automotive systems still also stated the above. I holded for 15 minutes and got disconnected again. Posted again on facebook and was told I would be called. As of yet I havent been able to speak to your account department or any call centre agent. And my account is still not fixed after being disconnected. My customer numbed is 36821738.
