On the 5/12/12 my top tv was disconected because i had not made a payment for december. on the 18/12/12 i called in and asked the pwerson who assisted me to please inform me of the outstanding balance for december as well as what is due for january so that i can make a payment one time. i was given an amount of almost R400 to pay from the call center agent which i paid and my top tv was reconnected. then in january my disg was falty and i was unable to receive a signal so i disconnected the top tv until my dish was fixed at the end of januray. so i called in and reactivated the top tv in february and i received a statement telling me how much to pay for february as i had a credit passed over from january to february so there was an outstanding balance that i had to pay of about R37 which i paid. then top tv disconects me again even though i am up to date. so i call in and they reconnect me and tell me that a superevisor is going to call me conecerning my account, i have never recieved a call from the superevisor and now my top tv is disconnectde again. i would appreciated it if someone could call me as i am very unhappy with the sevice. 000044460
