Service disconnected after payment has been made

On Monday 27 Jan 2014 I had my starsat installed. When I subscribed for the service I was told that I had 5 days free viewing. On Thursday 30 January 2014 I was disconnected. I spoke to Martha who then appologised and reconnected me. I paid my subscription on 31 January 2014. On 1 February 2014 I was disconnected again. Goodwill told me that there is nothing that they can do as the money must reflect in there account then I will be automatically disconnected!!! The money is already out my account!!! I have now emailed the proof of payment to them but still I have no service. I must add that all Starsat consultants are unprofessional and not properly trained. I would like you to draw all my conversations with them and see what I was promised and none of this happened. I would further like to be compensated for my cellphone account as I had to run up my account for their incompetence.
