My dstv account was suspended for 3 consecutive days, of which I called multichoice asking for reasons but did not get a valid answer. I called on thursday the 14th, friday the 15th but still I'm disconnected.for the days I called I was only connected for few hours, and disconnected again. the last reference was145098131 which I held on the phone for 45 minutes with the consultant that was saying he is trying to find out what happened.and I was assured that it will not happen again.waking up this morning (saturday) I'm disconnected again. I'm really puzzeled with your services, while I paid my account. I should be due on the 25th of November and I really dnt understand why I should be calling everyday for the same thing and I'm spending a lot of money making calls. I need this to be sorted...
