3G internet has been disconnected for 9 days

Hi,
I have 3g contract which is 2 G per month. I am paying 10 rand extera each month for limit, it means when i use 2 G it will be disconnected until next month. On 31 of january i reached my limit and the 3g disconnected. From first of february i went to vodashop, they told me i should contact call center, i called them lots of time and the only answer is it should work now. But it is not.
