My services disconnected more than 10 times

On the 2nd of November 2013 called in to DSTV to upgade my services to DSTV compact. i spoke to a consultant forgot the name, which took forever to upgrade i then informed the consultant to stop the upgrade however the call got cut and my upgrade was done still. i was never informed that by upgrading i need to pay the difference, on the 6th of November i called in to get my services downgraded to DSTV lite which was done and i was still not informed that i will need to pay the difference for the days i was on the upgraded package. on the 15th i was disconnected, called in and i was informed that my services will be reconnected and that i owe R23.46 and the reconnection fees will be waived. on the 16th i was disconnected i called in again and then i was informed that i need to pay and i did pay was told all services will be fine and this was not the case as still today im having my services disconnected and i have paid my monthly payment of R218 which is supposed to cover me until the 1st of Jan. i have to call DSTV almost every day and no one can help me. they dont even have a standard complain process which i can follow. i have been disconnected n i am told to pay and i dont owe
