Pathetic service

By far the worst company to exist, what a bunch of liars. i have the full bouquet and half my channels are not working. i called your call centre and one of your rude pathetic call centre agents assured me that a manager by the name of Adam will call back, i am still waiting for his call. I want all my monies refunded in full. The installer came out twice and everything is working fine, the problem with DSTV, i demand that a manager call me asap.
