VERY BAD SERVICE FROM DSTV

Dear DSTV,

I have logged another query. As you noticed, I did not pay last month, due to the fact that I did not get my invoice. On the 30th we phoned your call centre, a lady by the name of Nthombi, promised to call me back, she actually promised. She also promised to sort the account out and call me back, it is now a week later... guess what NO CALL. Just another from DSTV. she also promised to to send me the increase letter (I HAVENT RECEIVED THAT EITHER).. and yes, before you ask, my emails are working fine and I have checked my spam box... no email from DSTV!!! I am still waiting for that PROMISED LETTER. This is rediculous and getting out of hand. As per your previous correspondence...'ADVISED TO PAY BY THE 1ST, WHILE THE MATTER IS BEING INVESITIGATED'. That is pathetic, just another to catch innocent clients to pay, eventhough DSTV does nothing to correct the problem!!!
