Dstv Channels reverts to blank screens

Came back from holiday and some of my dstv channels just shows black screens.

Call centre first, and after numerous resets and what not, no solution.

Go to the service centre on Sunday, and another bunch of resets that doesn't solve it. Remove all services from my subscription and re-add, and its working. But now they added the R70 access fee which the agent tells me is compulsory for HD channels. After insisting it is not compulsory (HD is part of the Premium package!!), they remove it and the channels are broken again.
Remove everything again, and only add Premium and HD (not the R70 for PVR) and its working. Great!!!

Get back home, and a few hours later, its not working again.
Call centre on the phone again, explain how they fixed... 30 minutes on phone later, my channels are back.

Week later, its weekend and I want to watch sports... and the channels are blank again.

How difficult is it to get the most basic piece of your service working?

And why do all the agents I speak to insist that I need the R70 access fee to watch HD channels?
I don't want PVR, I don't use it. I only want HD!!!
Is HD not part of premium package?

HD and selective channels still down
