I called the call centre on Sunday 19 May 2013 to link a new replacement decoder, according to them the other one that is 3 months old is faulty. Well after more than an hour I am still on the installation screen? Different agents without the techinal know tried to connect the decoder. I do have more than 95% signal strength and a 100% quality bar showing. Selecting either the 33 or 29 option as indicated by call centre agent, the decoder is still not working.
Restoring to factory settings, unpluggjng everything even the TV as per their request resulted into nothing!

What more must I do as a paying customer of Toptv? This is not acdeptable.
Please arrange an installer at your expense to come and fix something that is not really broken, all signals are more than 95%, the decoder is brand new, the smart card etc.
