Extreme bad service & attitude. Incompetent staff

In December we moved house. Out DSTV kept "cutting out" the picture whilst the sound remained. We spoke to Multichoice who advised us to have our Dual View PVR decoder tested at their agency (we have insurance on our decoder). The female service consultant at the multichoice agency Aerial Excellence in Gift Acres, Lynnwood, Pretoria tested our decoder, informed us that it was indeed our decoder that was faulty and exchanged it after she tested the refurbished replacement. At home we experienced the same problem and we could not get our 2nd tv installed. An installer, which cost R350, informed us that the exchanged decoder had to be faulty. We took it back to the agency, and indeed the tv2 output was faulty. We then received a second reburbished replacement decoder, which was tested at Aerial Excellence by a male service consultant. We installed the decoder, but the picture "cutting" problem remained. We then to our plasma to a reputeable repairer, who identified the tv as the problem - our original decoder was in fact NOT faulty and we lost all our recorded programs in the process. This week we encountered more problems and now have our 3rd replcement decoder. BAD BAD service!
