No DSTV and no answer from call centre!

DSTV isn't working so tried to call and understand why. Tried EVERY call centre in SA but no answer?!! Checked the website in case there is a general problem causing the lines to be blocked but no message other than the programmes for which we pay but can't watch tonight.
