Bad Sound

Why is it that I have a 10 times, no, 100 times better sound with my home theatre than the sound that I have when watching most movies in the theatres mentioned above in BRANCH/AREA?
Sometimes I have a better sound watching videos off Youtube on my cell phone.
I go to the movies once a week, many times twice a week and for years this problem keeps coming up. Many times I have to call the manager, that most of the time does nothing but just returns my money. It looks to me that the operators blows up a speaker on one screening and until it is replaced, SterKinekor keeps taking money from us while giving us a 2nd or third class service.
My biggest complain is the centre speaker. The operator increases the sound on the surround speakers and reduces it to the centre speaker because he most likely loves big bangs and explosions. Meanwhile we do not understand half of the dialogue and and up with a huge headache.
Please SterKinekor train your staff. Explain them that the most important thing since someone invented the talking movies is the "talking" that goes on in the movie.
