2 WEEKS OLD SURROUND SOUND AMP BLOWN

On the 20th of April I purchased a Samsung full surround sound system at the price of R8800. I had the system for 14 days and hardly used it and when I decided to use the unit on Sunday the 7th of May the system blew. I then went back and returned the system that was faulty. The system was off and on standby when i heard a popping sound coming from the receiver. I spoke to Cohen at clear water samsung branch who refused to swop the system out for me and said that he needed to send it in for repairs. This is unacceptable as this was a brand new system that I had spent money on and as a client I feel that I do not want a repaired unit back and i would rather have a refund then buy anything from samsung again as it has been the worst experience I have had yet. I have used samsung products all my life and I must say I am very disappointed in the manner that everything was handled.
