Good day

1. Every month end when I go to pay my account, the last 3 months, the system is offline

2. My Mgongo surround sound, the Amplifier isn't working, we took it in on Monday 21/10/2013 but they sent a salesman to our house with the Amplifier to do a check, after 15 min he had to go to a meeting & never returned

3. My surround sound is the Sony Mgongo 5.2 but when I took delivery they didn't have the 5.2 Dvd player, salesman Thabo told me to take the Dvd 5.1 & as soon as they have stock he would do the swop, nothing happened.

IS THIS CUSTOMER SRVICE??? I'm paying my account per month & it has never been in arrears, I really expect much more than what I'm getting
