Cinema sound quality

I attended the 8:30pm Man of Steel 2D screening on Jun 28 2013, and while the concession stand staff (and staff in general) were wonderful, I was very disappointed with the state of the cinema's sound system (cinema 8).

It was extremely 'tinny', but more importantly, only the 'front' speakers were operational. I can only assume there were issues with the surround sound, and it was decided that only the bare essentials would be used. Unfortunately this made it nearly impossible to hear the dialogue over the other sound effects. This was also the case during the local ads, as well as the trailers, so it wasn't just isolated to the film.

I'm not interested in any vouchers or refunds. What I'd like to ask for, is that you please address this issue. Going to the cinema has turned into more of a 'gamble' than ever. You don't know if it's going to be a good or bad experience. There are so many viable, higher quality and cheaper alternatives as of late, which makes it so much more disheartening the times that I do choose the cinema, only to be greeted by a mess.
