PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DSTV (CLIVE HILTON)!!!

Today, two of my single Dstv decoders were disconnected, although my account is in CREDIT!!!

I received NO notifications from DSTV that my account, although is in CREDIT! needs an additional payment to make up for the annual payment till 2014! NO messages were received on my TV screens, so how am I, as a customer supposed to know that my account (although in CREDIT) needs an additional payment???

I find this pathetic dictatorship attitude totally unacceptable from Clive Hilton who reports to Pamela Sambu. I also spoke to Thembekani... reference no 141324108.
I am prepared to pay the additional amount (although my account is in CREDIT) to make up the annual payment till May 2014 - BUT, I will NOT pay the reconnection fee of R50 - purely on the principle and having to face the ABSURD damning attitude from DSTV!!! (CLIVE HILTON). It is total waste of my invaluable time - as DSTV does not send out account messages when payments are due!!!
