I am furious with DSTV and multichoice and the way they operate. i was told that i need to make a payment to DSTV of R70.93 on 7.01.2014 or my DSTV will be disconnected i then did an interenet payment that evening for the amount of R71. on the 8/01/2014 the DSTV was disconnect i had to call in and have it reconnected, the advise say that they could see the payment but they said it was off because of Decembers payment. i advised that that that payment was made in November for December they check and corrected it. they then switched it back on. on the 9.01.14 it went off again, called again and the said the R71 is not reflecting gave them detials and the switched in on again. 10.01.14 off again called and it was a technical error. my question of multichoice is why are you running a mickey mouse operation and who is going to pay me back for all my time and calls that i had to make to you for your mistakes. you are quick to want the money but you do not deliver on the service that you promise your clients. you are a bunch of that take the little people like myself for a ride.
