Now that your new HD decoder is for sale, you are causing problems with the older models!!!

I've got an HD PVR 2P, not even 12 months old, but the problems are never ending... And the worst part is that you always tell me the problem is with my decoder - YOU ARE WORSE THAN OUR CORRUPT GOVERNMENT - Always blaming someone else for your own problems and NEV ER taking accountability. BUT you happily take our money each and every month - I hope someone has enough money to take you to court to force you to deliver on your service as advertised!

The only advice that you always give is that my decoder must be taken to a dealer - but make enough waves and phone enough times; the problem miraculously cures itself - I THINK NOT!!!

You are a bunch of hypocrites! You are not loading PVR Catch-up programs and the Box Office is empty - WHY???

AND DO NOT REPLY THAT I MUST RESET THE DECODER OR TAKE IT TO A DEALER - MAYBE YOU WILL READ THIS BEFORE REPLYING...

Don't even know why I'm typing here because you will just give the standard reply - Problem is with decoder or installation and I must bring decoder to dealer...
