So I always pay my DSTV compact subscription account way before its due. And I make a payment on 21 June 2013 of R275. Three days later I decide that for the school holidays I want to upgrade to premium and I call the call centre to do so. After being on the line with their agent who takes details, confirms what I wanna do, but before it could be finalized we get cut off. I call again a couple of hours later to be told by another consultant that its done. Then 7 days later, today, I wake up to fond that my account is suspended for money I owe. I immediately call in and are told by the automated voice message that I owe a little under R600. I ask to be transferred to a consultant cause its not clear why that is. I knew I owe money cause of the upgrade but it is not that much. I was on the line waiting to speak to a consultant for about 30 min. When I finally do speak to a consultant she puts me on hold for another 15 min while she checks. Then she comes back, gives me some generic information but I ask her to specify and she ask to go and check again, but she drops the call. Meanwhile, I have paid a total of R850 to multichoice this month - an answer would be nice without paying fo
