Disconnected and over billed! -!

Last weekend I wanted to watch the rugby and had heard that you could upgrade your DSTV for a short period of time from a family member. I phoned the contact centre to confirm this and was informed that you can upgrade at any time but you can only downgrade once in a month. Having disclosed to the consultant what I wanted to do to ensure that it would be ok I logged on to the DSTV website on Friday 22 and upgraded from the R175 Package to Premium. Our DSTV is in my Fiance's name. On Monday I logged on again and downgraded to R175-00 package again. I expected the additional charges to appear on the next debit order. Instead we were disconnected. (The consultant said nothing about that!) When I tried to phone, the call center would not give me an option to talk to a consultant, but only a - please pay R95-00 to be reconnected. In frustration I paid R200-00 just so I could speak to a consultant. I was told that there was a billing error and that I had been charged for premium up until the end of the month. I got cut off half way thru the call so I logged on to the DSTV wbsite and logged a complaint. (On Monday) -still no response. Today we were debited a further R217-72?!
