NO SOUND ON ONE CHANNEL?

How come I pay over R600-00 per month for "the magic" when DSTV/Multichoice cannot even get their transmissions right? Channel 125 (Fox) has intermittent problems with the sound - especially in the evenings when I'd really like to relax and watch a good criminal series (Bones).
Then to top it all, the call centre lines are an absolute joke - if you can get through that is. After numerous attempts to call to complain, I finally got through and had to listen to Multichoice messaging garbage for over 15 minutes before finally getting hold of a human!! Who had to ask me to repeat information more than once (do I speak double dutch or something?) Then puts me on hold (?) while he checks out DSTV from his side - This should have taken 30 seconds or so, but no, we wait and wait and wait some more. Finally the human comes back on the line and starts telling me the biggest load of hogwash - at which point my frustration level peaked and I slammed down the phone.
SO BASICALLY MULTICHOICE ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT - I pay for a service and they are not supplying the goods.
