No response as multichoice charge us double

We bought a PVR on 3 September 2013, called the call centre and requested an upgrade on our current account in JHB the same day: That is from the standard DSTV account to the PVR account. We were told by the consultant that we will be charged an extra R70 on our current subscription. I'm was shocked that our bill is now double when we were told the upgrade on our existing account would only be R70. We made it clear that this is an upgrade, the only decoder that we will use at this address.

We have two DSTV subscriptions, one in Johannesburg and one in Bloemfontein. We specifically told them that the Bloem one remains the same and that the one in JHB is to be upgraded to PVR. Our usual bill is R1247.73 which means that now it should be R1317.72 AND NOT R2614.56! THAT IS MORE THAN DOUBLE!!

I've emailed multichoice twice without response so really don't know what worth it is that they send me a case no: 4124556

I expected better service from a reputable company like Multichoice. Mistakes like these should not happen and if and when they do it should be dealt with immediately.
