DSTV not calling me back despite promising to do so!!!

Called DSTV 4/11 - (Refiloe Mahlatsi) Why was I charged full subscription and why was premium package not switched off after 2 days, as requested on the 26th October 2013. They say that the consultant would have told me to call back on the the 2nd day to reduce my package to the Compact package. I said that this was not made clear to me. They will listen to the conversation and come back to me - will take 5 working days.

Call DSTV 29 Nov 2013 - (Ipeleng) She said that she cannot find any record of this. Person did not make a note of why I called.

She cannot help as she does not have the details - as per supervisor. Consultant that dealt with me last time (Refiloe Mahlatsi) must get back to me. She will call me about 1pm to find out if I called back.

Called DSTV 2/12 - No one called me back on Friday. Consultant - Katlego

Spoke to here supervisor - she will follow up with Ipeleng and her (Shahieda Waryawa
) supervisor will investigate.

To date - no one has called me back and it is now a month later. They are quick to charge you but slow to give feedback!!!
