I accidentally make internet transfer and paid Multichoice R1500 instead of paying my account were my debit order were meant to go off on the 01/06/13
I was told that I need to send ID COPY, BANK STATEMENT, Letter requesting that refund and I was promise it will take 7 business day for me to get refund
But that was not the case I was only refunded on the 13-06-13 by a cheque which could only be cleared after 7 day while my d/o were reversed even though
Multichoice could see my account that it's on credit I AM REALY DISSPOINTED BY THE SERVICE THAT WAS RENDERD BY Multichoice I want to close their account
As I am slow payer on credit bureau
