HI,

I have recently taken up a DSTV premium account in Early December 2013. After installation was carried out i had to call Multichoice to activate my account. On this call i handed out clear instructions TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 27TH OF EVERY MONTH! It was later on the 2nd of January 2014 that i received a notice (while i was on Holiday) that the debit order had failed. I contacted Multichoice again to find out what had occurred. I was given a story first that the bank had rejected the debit order. I went to the bank to determine what had happen and there are no records of any debit order on their side and to add to it i have sufficient funds in my account. Upon a second call i was told that the system was not set-up for a debit order! How ridiculous!! I then had to pay an additional connection fee and also persist on the debit order on the 27th!

Today January 24th i receive another notification stating that the debit order is unpaid. IT IS NOT THE 27TH!! I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER CONNECTION FEE!! I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED AS THIS IS UTTER POOR SERVICE!
